康有為、朱一新曾於1890-1894年間多次透過書札及會晤方式，往復論辯詰難。二人之函札互往，歷來被視作一樁有趣的學術公案，代表晚清變化世局中的奇異風景。實際上說，二人雖於經學觀點、學術意見各異，然雙方基於善意地、連續性的對話溝通，頗能合於詮釋學普遍原則中的「善意原則」（the principle of charity）。本文之作，盼能基於最新之康氏函札資料，說明康、朱二人爭訟焦點，釐清二人地位，並以此為基礎，討論二人函札之詮釋學意義，是以站在詮釋學觀點重新看待二人對話，則康、朱函札，便不限於學術史意義，而有經典詮釋學向度的新可能。

Kang Youwei and Zhu Yixin discussed through letter-mailing and meeting during 1890-1894. Their discussion Letters has always been regarded as an interesting academic case, representing the strange scenery in the changing world of the late Qing Dynasty. In fact, although the two have different views on Confucian classics and academic opinions, the two of them are discuss based on goodwill and continuous dialogue and communication. It fits the principle of charity in the hermeneutics. This article hopes to explain the main point of the contention between Kang and Zhu based on the latest Kang’s letter. Clarify their status on the history, and study the hermeneutic significance of their letters. If we look at this case at the Hermeneutics point of view, the theory of Kang and Zhu is not limited to the value of academic history, but regard as a case of classic interpretation.
