本文探討個案校長如何建立有助於實踐促進領導(facilitative leadership)之環境的作為。以香蕉國小(化名)為研究場域,藉由參與觀察以及訪談蒐集實徵資料進行分析。研究結果發現,個案國小校長建立有利於實踐促進領導環境的作為包括:校長洞澈事理、建立自己與同仁間信任關係、建立自己與同仁間友好關係,以及營造良善組織互動。這樣的環境營造有助於同時與教職員分享權力,並協助成員成長,提升能力,並追求相互約定的共同目標。
This article explores how the case principal creates an environment conducive to the practice of facilitative leadership. Taking Banana Elementary School (pseudonym) as the research site, this paper collects empirical data through participant observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the case principal’s actions in establishing an environment conducive to the practice of facilitative leadership include: the principal’s insight into affairs, establishing a trustful relationship between himself and his colleagues, establishing a friendly relationship between himself and his colleagues, and creating good organizational interactions. Such an environment helps the principal to share power with faculty and staff and assists members in growing, improving their capabilities, and pursuing mutually agreed upon common goals.
