學生領導發展是教育的重要課題之一,學生領導者的培育是教師領導的序曲,目前以師資生為對象的學生領導研究較少,是值得探究的新興議題。本文以個人動機與典範特質、人際關係的建構、溝通與衝突管理、專業知識與能力、校園活動的學習及反思、公眾事務及社會公民責任等面向,探究師資生學生領導實踐,有助於補足師資生學生領導研究之缺口,助益於建立師資生學生領導的理論體系,為培育專業的教師領導者奠定基礎。本文提出以下建議:一、提升師資生對學生領導的重視與參與,以助於教師領導的發展;二、師資培育之領導課程應建構學生領導的概念與實作經驗;三、建立多元且開放的校園環境以觸動學生領導的發展;四、師資生的學生領導有持續研究之價值與意義。

英文摘要

Student leadership is one of important leadership topics, culturing student leaders is the overture of teacher leadership. The studies related to student leadership for preservice teachers are still few, this new issues are worth exploring. The paper chooses the dimensions of personal motivation and exemplary traits, interrelationships construction, communication and conflict management, professional knowledge and abilities, learning and reflection of campus activities, public affairs and citizen responsibilities to investigate the practice of student leadership for preservice teachers and bridge the gap between practices and research, as well as establish the theoretical system of student leadership for preservice teachers to lay the foundation for teacher leadership preparation. The paper provides the following suggestions: (1) promoting preservice teachers’ emphasis and participation in student leadership in order to benefit teacher leadership development; (2) leadership course of teacher education should construct the concept and practical experiences of student leadership; (3) shaping multiple and open campus atmosphere to trigger student leadership development; (4) continuous exploring student leadership for preservice teachers is valuable and meaningful.
