本文旨在析述教學卓越團隊教師領導者之實戰智慧。首先析述教學卓越團隊教師領導者對挑戰、角色及校長協作關係的覺察認知與有效作為。其次，析述教學卓越團隊教師領導者高效化解教學卓越團隊難題之實戰智慧。最後，析述教學卓越團隊教師領導者活用TEAM團隊四要素，帶領教師同儕及學生有效展能的做法。

This paper aims to summarize the practical wisdom of teacher leaders in teaching excellence teams. First, this paper analyzes the awareness and effective actions of teacher leaders in teaching excellence teams and teachers’ awareness of challenges, roles and principals’ collaborative relationships. Second, this paper analyzes the practical wisdom of teaching excellence teams teacher leaders to efficiently solve the problems of teaching excellence teams. Finally, this paper analyzes the practices of teacher leaders of the teaching excellence teams to use the four elements of TEAM to lead teachers, peers and students to effectively display their performance.
