本文透過對教師領導領域相關文獻進行分析和統計,探索現有教師領導研究的主要情況和趨勢。在教育界追求學校績效責任的時代,教師領導日益受到關注。從1980年代至2000年代初,教師領導的觀念歷經了從特定教學背景和小規模合作到整體學校改革的轉變。在研究方法方面,本文使用文獻計量學方法從Scopus資料庫中提取了845篇教師領導相關的期刊論文,並透過分析發表文章數量、主要作者、主要國家/地區和機構,以及主要期刊的影響因子,總結出國外學術界對教師領導領域的整體態勢。研究結果顯示,教師領導相關的研究逐漸增多並進入蓬勃發展時期,研究機構多樣且分布均衡,教師領導的研究在不同國家/地區均受到重視。此外,本文還對教師領導研究的未來展望進行了討論。總體而言,教師領導作為學校改善的關鍵要素,將在未來研究中繼續受到關注,且有望對學校和教育實踐產生積極的影響。

英文摘要

This article provides a summary of the current state and trends in teacher leadership research by analyzing relevant literature and statistics. In an era where educational accountability is paramount, teacher leadership is garnering increased attention. The concept of teacher leadership has evolved from the 1980s to the early 2000s, transitioning from specific teaching backgrounds and small-scale collaborations to whole-school reform. Using bibliometric methods, this paper extracted 845 journal articles on teacher leadership from the Scopus database. It analyzed article quantities, major authors, primary countries/ regions, institutions, and key journal impact factors to provide an overview of the global academic landscape in teacher leadership. The results indicate that research related to teacher leadership is steadily growing, with diverse and evenly distributed research institutions and global interest. Furthermore, the paper discusses future prospects for teacher leadership research. Overall, teacher leadership, as a critical element in school improvement, is expected to continue to receive attention in future research and is likely to have a positive impact on schools and educational practices.
