隨著台灣經濟的快速發展和生活水準的提高,對水電的需求也日益增長。水電工程技術人員在維護這一重要基礎設施方面發揮著至關重要的作用,他們的技能必須滿足不斷變化的環境需求。本研究使用德爾菲法開發了職能模型,確定了認知能力、功能性能力、社會能力、學習力、職業倫理能力,共15項指標。該模型可用於指導培訓和發展計畫,確保水電工程技術人員具備成功所需的技能和知識。
With rapid economic growth and rising living standards in Taiwan, the demand for water and electricity is increasing. Water and electricity mechanics play a vital role in maintaining this essential infrastructure, and their skills must meet the needs of a changing landscape. This study developed a competency model for water and electricity mechanics using the Delphi method, identifying 15 key indicators across five dimensions: cognitive ability, functional ability, social ability, meta-ability, and moral ability. The model can be used to guide training and development programs, ensuring that water and electricity mechanics have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
