化學迴圈是一項能夠與現行發電、鋼鐵、和化學等產業進行製程整合之碳再利用技術。透過選擇合適的氧載體,此技術能將二氧化碳脫氧生成一氧化碳之還原反應,與各種工業上有價值之氧化反應進行搭配,並以反覆尋還反應進料的方式來達到高選擇率的目標。在眾多可能的反應中,化學迴圈逆水氣反應因為其系統簡單且產物單一的特性,為一個相當有潛力的程序。因此在本文中,我們針對化學迴圈逆水氣反應的反應系統和氧載體材料做一簡單的回顧,並簡介相關領域的近期研究工作和未來的展望。

英文摘要

Chemical looping is a technology that can be integrated with current power generating, steel manufacturing, and chemical producing processes to realize carbon capture and utilization. With the use of appropriate oxygen carrier materials, this technology can couple the splitting of carbon dioxide (CO₂) to carbon monoxide (CO) with a wide variety of oxidation reactions through continuous cycling of feed-stocks. Since the two chemical feeds are separated both in time and space, high selectivity is guaranteed. Among the various possible reactions, the chemically looped reverse water gas shift reaction has the advantage of simple system configuration and product distribution. Therefore, the reported reaction system as well as the oxygen carrier materials used for chemically looped reverse water gas shift reaction will be covered in this short review.
