侷限空間作業之勞工可能會面臨硫化氫、一氧化碳、缺氧等危害，於2021年間，高雄市共發生7件侷限空間職災案，共造成4死11傷。其中一起事件的事故現場硫化氫測量濃度超過測量儀器之最大值，受難人員出現延遲性心肌損傷之表現。本文藉由介紹一職業災害案例，來介紹硫化氫中毒之心臟毒性。

Workers in confined spaces may face hazards such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, and oxygen deficiency. In 2021, there were a total of 7 occupational accidents related to confined spaces in Kaohsiung City, resulting in four fatalities and eleven injuries. In one of these incidents, the hydrogen sulfide concentration at the accident site exceeded the maximum value of the measuring instrument, leading to delayed myocardial damage in the affected individuals. This article aims to introduce the cardiac toxicity of hydrogen sulfide poisoning through a case study of an occupational accident.
