The aim of this study is to investigate the integration of Tabletop Game into supportive group therapy for the activity experience of Neurosis Disorder. The researchers designed eight sessions of tabletop game groups based on group processes, primarily recruiting individuals from the neurosis ward with neurosis as participants. The groups were conducted in an open format, with a total of 23 participants attending both before and after the tabletop game sessions. Self-reported scores for depression and anxiety were collected from the participants before and after group activities to understand their current states of depression and anxiety. Furthermore, following the conclusion of the tabletop game sessions, group therapists employed group techniques to facilitate discussions among the members. This allowed the participants to share feedback with each other and learn positive interpersonal interactions. Through the collective strength of the group, the aim was to achieve the effects of supportive group therapy, notable changes were observed in depressive symptoms pre and post tabletop game sessions, while the alterations in anxiety levels were less discernible. In the context of group discussions and feedback, members gained valuable insights into expressing themselves, recognizing their unique qualities, understanding their own and others emotions, and acquiring skills for mutual cooperation, thereby enhancing their interpersonal interaction abilities.
