資訊科技在長照應用的目的有:減少人力負擔、增進個案安全或促進身心健康⋯等,在多樣化的功能中,長照企業在使用資訊科技時需要結合企業發展策略,為個案家庭及員工創造價值,則更能貼近使用者而發揮效益。台灣居護在發展資訊科技的同時,注重人文關懷、自主管理的組織文化,建構管理平台,透過規模化的過程降低管理成本,並將節省的成本投入教育訓練提升服務品質、優化員工待遇與創新,創造員工、長者、企業的多方價值與正向循環。

英文摘要

The purposes of applying information technology in long-term care include: reducing labor burden, improving patient safety, or promoting physical and mental health, etc. Among the diverse functions, long-term care companies need to combine corporate development strategies when using information technology to provide benefits to families and employees. To create value, we can be closer to users and achieve greater benefits. While developing information technology, Taiwan Home nursing pay attention to organizational culture of humanistic care and self-management , builds a management platform. It reduces management costs through a scale-up process and invests the saved costs in education and training to improve service quality, optimize employee benefits and innovation, also creates multi-faceted value and positive circulation for employees, elders , and enterprises.
