本研究之目的主要探討大學生在通識課程進行合作學習的經驗,以瞭解合作學習的實施成效與滿意度,並提出改進合作學習的實施方法。研究對象為臺灣的一所醫學大學中選修溝通與領導力課程的學生。研究結果發現:一、在學習目標的達成上,學生最認同的部份是學到了領導與被領導的經驗、團隊的分工與合作、如何表現自我,以及活動的企劃與執行。二、在合作學習的滿意度上,學生最滿意的部份是對於組員與團隊的欣賞,以及能夠有效率地完成任務。三、學生對合作學習最感到困難的部份是關於時間的協調以及組員之間的磨合。本研究透過對於教學實踐歷程資料的省思,提出改善在通識課程實施合作學習的方法,包括:合適的任務與進度規劃,以及充分的小組互動機會與時間以促進團隊凝聚。最後根據研究結果提出對於未來在課程規劃與研究上的建議。

英文摘要

The main purposes of this research were to investigate college students' collaborative learning experiences, understand the effectiveness and satisfaction of implementation, and propose methods for improving collaborative learning in general education. The research participants were students who had taken the Communication and Leadership course at a medical university in Taiwan. The research found that: 1) In terms of achieving learning goals, students achieved the most in learning about leadership and being led, followed by team division of labor and cooperation, how to express oneself, and event planning and execution. 2) In terms of satisfaction with collaborative learning, students were most satisfied with the appreciation of team members and teams, as well as the ability to efficiently complete tasks. 3) Students found the coordination of time and the integration of team members to be the most challenging aspects of collaboration. Through reflection on the teaching practice process data, the study proposed methods for improving the effectiveness of collaborative learning, including assigning appropriate tasks and schedules, and ensuring sufficient team interaction and execution time. Finally, based on the research results, suggestions were made for future course planning and research.
