本研究以科技與社會研究方法論的視角,探討臺灣自2013年簽署臺紐協定後牛乳產業之變革,分析該產業革新業者之起源,與突破傳統產銷網絡的歷程。本研究以行動者網絡理論及裝配理論為研究取徑,選擇具代表性的先驅業者為研究個案,並以文獻分析和深度訪談來收集資訊。研究結果顯示,牛乳產業革新由網絡中的轉譯者,連接各行動者的間接接觸所共同組成,包含獸醫師、酪農、乳品廠、銷售通路、消費者,以及非人行動者;其中情感的連結促使行動者網絡得以穩固建構,包含獸醫師與酪農、先驅業者與乳品廠、先驅業者與消費者、酪農與乳牛,以及獸醫師與乳牛;而非人行動者如群眾募資系統、新聞媒體、社交媒體及乳牛,在網絡的創建過程亦扮演著關鍵的作用。

英文摘要

This study explored innovation in the dairy industry in Taiwan after the signing of the ANZTEC trade agreement in 2013 from the perspective of science, technology, and society. In addition, this study analyzed the origins of innovation in the dairy industry and the processes of transforming the traditional production system and sales network. A literature analysis was implemented, and in-depth interviews were conducted with representative innovators for case studies. Actor-network theory and assemblage thinking research approaches were employed in the study. The results reveal that innovation in the dairy industry is generated by the mediators in the actor network and through their indirect contact with various actors, namely, veterinarians, dairy farmers, dairy factories, distribution channels, consumers, and nonhuman actors. Affective connections provide a foundation for this network, which include links between veterinarians and dairy farmers, innovators and dairy factories, innovators and consumers, dairy farmers and cows, and veterinarians and cows. Nonhuman actors also play a crucial role in the innovation process, such as crowdfunding systems, news media, social media, and cows.
