臺灣天主教會地區主教團決議：在2022年的司鐸進修班以現任教宗的共議精神1為基礎，向所有在臺灣教會工作的司鐸們介紹同道偕行的重要性。本次進修班的主題：「如何在教會的生活中實踐『同道偕行』的信仰意識——神恩與制度的對話」，分別從聖經學、教會論、教會歷史、教會法、靈修、培育、牧靈工作及教區各方面加以論述。本文就在這個基礎上，以《天主教法典》的精神意涵——「人靈的得救」為出發點，邀請參與的神職人員共同省思，如何從自身做起，提升基督信徒因分享了耶穌基督司祭、先知及君王的身分而獲得的權利義務，凝聚教會信仰意識，體現同道偕行精神，齊心攜手並進，與所有天主子民共同走向永恆救恩的天國之門。

The Bishops’ Conference of the Catholic Church in Taiwan has decided that the seminar for priests in 2022 will introduce to all priests working in the Church in Taiwan the importance of Synodal Process based on the current Pope’s Synodality. The theme of this seminar: ‘How to Practice the Faith Consciousness of “Synodal Process” in the Life of the Church–A Dialogue between Divine Grace and Institutions’ is discussed from the aspects of biblical studies, ecclesiology, church history, canon law, spirituality, cultivation, pastoral work and dioceses. The article on this basis takes the spiritual meaning of the Code of Canon Law-Salute Animarum as the starting point to invite the participating clergy reflecting together on how to begin from themselves to help the faithful accept the rights and obligations by sharing the mission of Jesus Christ as priest, prophet, and king; meanwhile, the Church’s faith consciousness will be consolidated to embody the spirit of Synodal Process and move forward hand in hand with all the people of God walking toward the gate of eternal salvation.
