網路倫理問題本質上是人與人之間的溝通問題，而非是簡單的工具倫理問題。這決定了網路倫理問題的解決方向最終要回歸到人自身的倫理問題上。於是，從古代思維中尋找解決網路倫理問題的合理途徑就具有了可能性。朱子理學在中國歷史上擁有較大的影響力，以其理學思想來解決網路倫理問題是一種新的嘗試。朱熹的天理人欲觀所影射下的倫理規範、中庸思想，為網路倫理的解決提供一個穩定的規範標準；同時朱熹山水美學中的自由思想，也為解決網路的自由問題提供了一個借鑒模式。至此，從朱子理學的天理、人欲及自由的角度，我們可以找到解決網路倫理問題的不同方法和路徑。

The problem of Network ethics is actually the problem of communication between people, not just the problem of instrumental ethics. This also decides that the solution of the problem of the Network paper will ultimately return to the ethical problems of the human-being. Therefore, it seems that we can find a reasonable way to solve the problem of network ethics from the ancient, medieval and modern human thinking. Chu Hsi ’s thinking, which has great influence in Chinese history, should make a unique contribution to solving the problem of network ethics. His thought of norms and the doctrine of the mean reflected by his natural and human desires provides a stable normative standard for the solution of network ethics, and his free thought provides a reference standard for the freedom of the network. Therefore, it seems that we can find a new way to solve the problem of network ethics from the perspective of Chu Hsi ’s “li”, “ren yu” and freedom.
