民法是各種私法關係運作的主要依據，本篇論文主要在瞭解臺灣社會護理人員與護生的任用相關問題，本文區分四個部分，第一個部分著眼於引介個案研究的意義和有關轉任概念，其次就內容因果關係進行案例分析，再接著第二部分進行個案評論，另於第四部分對於個案研究作結論且最後針對普通職文官進用爭點議題提出建議。

Civil law is the principal basis of private law relations of all type of the way of lifes. The major purpose of this article is to know the appointment of nurse and nurse student in Taiwan society. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is case study meaning and its involved transfer concept. The second explores the cause & result to detect the case context. The third concern case comment related jurisprudence. The fourth studies the practical legal issue and inductive conclusion. Finally this article proposes some recommendation of recruitment of general civil service problem.
