研究目的在調查大學生智能健身體育課程滿意度情形,以長榮大學109學年度第2學期選修智能健身體育課程學生為研究對象。研究工具為「智能健身體育課程學習滿意度調查問卷」,內容包括:個人基本資料、滿意度量表等。研究調查期間共發放問卷100份,回收有效問卷92份,有效率達92%。回收資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析及t考驗等方法進行統計分析,研究結果發現:一、大學生智能健身體育課程滿意度以「教師教學」最高,其後依序為「場地器材」、「學習樂趣」、「人際關係」。二、不同背景變項大學生在智能健身體育課程滿意度差異比較,在性別、年齡、每週運動天數、每次運動時間、休閒費用等變項都沒有顯著差異。建議:未來可以增加該課程有關如何增進學生人際關係的相關方法與內容,以提高學習滿意度。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of College Students’ intelligent fitness sports course, taking the students of evergreen University as the research object. The research tool is “intelligent fitness sports course learning satisfaction questionnaire”, which includes personal basic information, satisfaction scale and so on. A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed during the research period, and 92 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective rate of 92%. Using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and t-test to analyze the collected data, the results show that: 1. “Teaching method” is the most satisfactory, followed by “venue equipment”, “learning fun” and “interpersonal relationship”. 2、 There is no significant difference in gender, age, days of exercise per week, time of exercise per time, leisure costs and other variables. Suggestion: in the future, we can increase the relevant methods and contents about how to improve students’ interpersonal relationship and learning fun, so as to improve learning satisfaction.
