本研究目的在探討學生之就讀動機,並比較不同學年度學生就讀動機差異,做為學系招生課程相關安排參考。以長榮大學109學年度第一學期日夜間部已註冊實際在校之運動競技學系一年級學生為研究對象進行問卷調查,並與104學年度本系學生調查結果進行比較,相關資料以描述性統計、t檢定等進行分析。研究結果發現:一、學生就讀動機最主要為:「喜歡運動健身等活動」、「對運動競技工作很感興趣」、「想成為優秀運動競技人才」;就讀動機因素構面以「內在動機」得分最高。二、不同背景變項學生就讀動機差異:不同性別及不同學制都未達顯著差異;不同學年度在內在動機構面達顯著差異(109學年度學生顯著高於104學年度學生),其他構面則未達顯著差異。建議:未來在招生策略及課程安排上應多加考量學生內在動機相關影響因素。

英文摘要

The purpose of study is to discuss about the student’s learning motivation and compare with the difference of different annual as a reference to arrange the courses for student enrolling. Based on Department of Athletic Sports freshmen in CJCU of 109 Academic Year first semester to do the questionnaire and compare with the 104 Academic Year to analyze relevant information by Descriptive Statistics and T test. We find the result from the study. First, ”Loving sports and workout “, “interest in job about Athletic sports”, “hope to be an excellent athlete”. For learning motivation, intrinsic motivation has the most support. Second, no more Significant difference between different background and gender, but intrinsic motivation has significant difference, because the 109 Academic year is higher than 104 Academic year from the chart. I have suggestion about student enrolling course arrangement. I think we have to consider more intrinsic motivation about students.
