自新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎（新冠肺炎）疫情爆發以來，各地陸續傳出確診患者和疑似患者的報復行為，對於公眾衛生與民眾情緒造成嚴重的傷害，有礙於疫情的防治與解決，以及防疫期間的心理建設。我國受儒家文化浸潤已久，從儒家思想的內涵，結合疫情期間的措施與現象，在社會、家庭和個人三方面，強化個人意志與社區、家庭的和諧，以治理報復行為所造成的負面影響。除了對本次疫情進行理論和應用的思考之外，也可規劃防治重大突發疾病的方法。

Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19), the revenge behavior of the confirmed and suspected patients in the different places has been heard. It has caused the serious damage to public health and public emotions and blocked the prevention and solution of the pandemic and the psychological construction during the fight against the disease. Our country has long been influenced by Confucianism. The content of the Confucian thinking can be combined with the measures and phenomena during the outbreak in terms of the three perspectives of society, family, and individual to reinforce the individual will and the harmony in communities and families and govern the negative effects as a result of the revenge behavior. Besides providing the thinking about the theories and applications during the pandemic, the paper also aims to propose the methods to prevent the sudden outbreak of the major diseases.
