中文摘要

本文是利用電腦與樹莓派控制器來開發自動化倉儲模擬系統,系統使用攝影鏡頭拍攝物品的編號,透過LabVIEW的OCR來辨識物品的編號,利用編號記錄物品存入和取出的依據,並將編號傳送至樹莓派控制器,利用Python程式語言編寫程式,控制兩顆外接步進馬達動作,使XY滑軌能達到精準定位,並控制伺服馬達和電磁鐵,利用伺服馬達升降電磁鐵,電磁鐵激磁時吸起物品、消磁時則放下物品,以完成物品定位、取出及存入之功能。另外物品模型以Tinkercad 3D軟體設計,再由Sketchup軟體進行微調,以3D印表機完成物品模型製作。

英文摘要

The main goal in this paper is to use computers and Raspberry Pi controllers to develop automated storage simulation systems. The system uses the camera to capture the image of items, and uses LabVIEW OCR software to identify the number of items. The number of items is used to record the basis for the storage and removal of items and transmitted to the Raspberry Pi controller. The controller uses of Python programming program to control two external stepper motors action so that XY rail can achieve accurate positioning and to control servo motor and electromagnetic iron so that the servo motor lift electromagnetic iron and electromagnetic iron magnet when sucking up items, degaussing when the items are put down. In order to the systems can complete the function of positioning, removal and storage. The item model is designed with Tinkercad 3D software, and then fine-tuned by Sketchup software to complete the item model production with 3D printer.
