自動化技術的導入,由於設備來源複雜,為了規劃空間動線以及可行性分析,常常需要事先作虛擬空間模擬,藉由電腦動畫觀察空間、人員、設備的配合狀況。學校教學單位的工業機器人實務相關課程,常有器材損耗嚴重問題,課程初期以電腦動畫作虛擬空間模擬教學效果較佳。作者使用自由軟體VTK,以Python程式語言為基礎,設計3D動畫模擬系統,作為工業機器人教學輔助系統,使學生能樂於學習,引發興趣。

英文摘要

The deployment of automation technologies, because of the complex sources of equipment, in order to plan space dynamics and feasibility analysis, often need to make a virtual space simulation in advance, through computer animation to observe the space, personnel, equipment with the situation. The industrial robot practice-related courses of the school teaching unit's, often have serious problems of equipment loss. Thus, for the beginners of the courses, computer animation as a virtual space simulation will lead better teaching performance. Using free software VTK, based on Python programming language, the author designs a 3D animation simulation system as an auxiliary system for teaching industrial robots, so that students can be willing to learn and arouse interest.
