本研究目的在探討和順國小學生運動參與狀況,做為學校未來相關健康促進活動計畫安排參考。受試者為和順國小四至六年級25個班級共652位學生,平均年齡10.54歲。本研究是以運動參與狀況問卷做為調查工具,問卷資料是以描述性統計來進行處理分析。研究結果顯示:和順國小學生每週運動時間最多的是「7天」,每次運動時間最多的是「31-60分鐘」,每次運動強度最多的是「有點累」,運動參與方式最多的是「自己運動」,運動參與時段最多的是「上午」,運動參與類型最多的是「有氧運動類」,運動參與場館地點最多的是「校內場館」,運動參與對象最多的是「同學」,運動參與主要目的最多的是「社交休閒」,未來運動希望最多的是「學習運動技能」,有近六成學生在三個月運動參與感到滿意,有七成學生自覺運動能提升個人健康與體適。結論:和順國小學生運動時間與強度符合健康模式,未來希望能針對運動技能來學習,因此可以考慮優先規劃符合學生運動技能項目,提高學生運動技能實作的練習與養成。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to explore the participation of elementary school students in exercise participation status and to serve as a reference for the school’s future health promotion activities. The participants were 652 students from 25 classes in Grades 4 to 6 of He-shun Elementary School, with an average age of 10.54 years. In this study, the questionnaire on exercise participation was used as a survey tool, and the questionnaire data was processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that the most exercise time per week for students in He-shun Elementary School was “7 days”, the maximum exercise time per week was “31-60 minutes” The most intense exercise per exercise is “a little tired”, the most involved in exercise is “self-exercise”, and the most time for exercise participation is the most “In the morning”, the most popular type of exercise participation is “aerobics”, and the most popular exercise participation venues are “intramural venues”. The most involved objects of exercise are “classmates”, the main purpose of exercise participation is “social leisure”, and the most hope for future exercise is “Learning exercise skills”, nearly 60% of students are satisfied with their participation in exercise in three months, and 70% of students feel that exercise can improve their personal health and physical fitness. Conclusion: The exercise time and intensity of students in He-shun Elementary School are in line with the healthy model, and they hope to learn exercise skills in the future, so they can consider giving priority to planning exercise skills that are in line with students' exercise skills and improving the practice and cultivation of students’ motor skills.
