本研究目的在調查和順國小教職員工運動參與行為,做為教職員工相關運動推廣計畫與活動參考。研究對象為和順國小100位教職員工,平均年齡41歲。研究主要是以和順國小教職員工運動參與行為問卷做為調查工具,共計發放105份,有效回收率為95.24%,資料分析以描述性統計來進行處理。研究結果發現:和順國小教職員工每週運動天數以3天最多,每次運動時間以31-60分鐘最多,每次運動強度以有點累最多,運動參與方式以自己運動最多,運動參與時段以下午(5-7點)最多,參與運動類型以有氧運動類最多,參與場館地點以自家最多,運動參與對象以自己最多,運動目的以提升個人健康與體適能最多,未來運動方向以提升健康體適能最多,而八成教職員工認為運動參與能提升個人健康與體適能,運動參與成效良好的則有五成。結論:和順國小教職員工運動參與行為大致符合教育部提倡運動原則,未來相關運動推廣計畫與活動應以如何增加教職員工健康體適能為主,如舉辦創新活潑的相關研習或活動,來提高運動參與動機與增加教職員工健康體適能。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the sport participation behavior of He Shun elementary school faculties and staff and serve as a reference for staff-related sports promotion plans and activities. The subjects of the study were 100 teachers and staff of He Shun Elementary School, with an average age of 41 years. The main method of this research was the “He Shun Elementary School Staff Sport Participation Behavior Questionnaire”. A total of 105 copies were distributed, and the valid rate of the responses was 95.24%. The data analysis was processed by descriptive statistics. The results of the study found that the teachers and staff of He Shun Elementary School mostly exercise 3 days per week, the duration of exercise is 31-60 minutes each time with the intensity of “a bit tiring”, and they tend to exercise by themselves. The most active time is 5-7 o’clock in the evening, the most participated modality is aerobic exercise, the top place of exercise is at home, and the most sports participants are themselves. From the questionnaire, it is also shown that the purpose of exercise is to improve personal health and physical fitness, aiming for better health-related physical fitness in the future. 80% of the participants believe that sport participation can improve personal health and physical fitness, and 50% is active in sport participation. In conclusion, the sport participation behavior of the teachers and staff in He Shun Primary School is generally in line with the principles of the sport advocated by the Ministry of Education. Future suggestions are that relevant sports promotion programs and activities should focus on how to improve the health and fitness of the school faculties and staff, such as holding innovative and lively related courses or activities to promote and raise the enthusiasm for sport participation, which may enhance the health level of faculty and staff.
