本文主旨在探討追索權與背書在票據中的功能，作者試圖以實際發生的簡易事件編製成一個案例，該個案涵蓋六個可被思辯的議題，藉資期待任何產業經營皆可遵照客觀之現存機制以實現目標，總之，這個案例演練欲藉由問題解決方式逐步分析解答，俾求增強學習管理技能的效果。
