智慧護理愛連線(intelligent care I connection)資訊平台設置理念以「學生為中心」,整合科技與資源,實施創意教學及推動「智慧學習網」,其目的為讓學生利用此智慧護理愛連線資訊平台與學系溝通資訊,提升系所行政管理和學生科技學習經營模式。建構智慧護理愛連線資訊平台是利用LINE Bot既有平台做系統設計,可分為六項平台資訊內容:1.智慧學習網;2.智慧社群;3.智慧系務;4.智慧行政;5.智慧實習;6.智慧資源管理等。經平台資訊內容建立,統計110年9月至111年9月,其成果為好友數共348人,佔總學生數401人約87%學生加入此群組;在訊息回覆,共接收554則訊息,回覆603則(智能回覆538則、人工回覆65則),回覆率109%;AI關鍵字智能回覆,以新生專區及學生專區詢問使用度最高;針對系上活動及宣達事項(系慶活動、加冠典禮、節慶祝福,學期重要期程提醒等)以群組推播、指定族群推播,總發出2,654則;使用者平均滿意度為8.1分。智慧護理愛連線建構希望創造學系、學生、產業界共創三贏的局面,展現智慧護理在護理系之運用。

英文摘要

The concept of intelligent care I connection information platform is “student-centered”, integrating technology and resources, implementing creative teaching and promoting "intelligent learning network”. The purpose was this project to allow students to use this intelligent care I connection and the information platform communicates information with the department of nursing. To improve the administrative management and the business model of student. The construction of the intelligent care I connection platform was to use the LINE Bot for system design, which can be divided into six platform information content: 1. Smart learning network; 2. Smart community; 3. Smart department; 4. Smart administration; 5. Smart practice; 6. Smart resource management, etc. After the platform information content was established, statistics from September 2021 to September 2022, a total of 348 people included, accounting for 401 of the total number of students( 87% of the students joined this group); in response to the message, a total of 554 messages were received , 603 replies (538 smart replies, 65 manual replies), with a response rate of 109%; AI keyword smart replies, the freshmen area and student area are the most frequently used inquiries; for nursing departmental activities and announcement (department celebration activities) , the capping and candle lighting ceremony, festival celebration, reminders of important schedules of the semester, etc.), and a total of 2,654 messages were issued; the average user satisfaction score was 8.1 points. The construction of intelligent care I connection hopes to create a win-win situation for the nursing department, students and industry, and to demonstrate the application of the smart nursing in the nursing department.
