咖啡為全球流行的飲品,但受疫情的影響下,咖啡產業接連受到衝擊,加速了線上線下的整合,數位化也成為各行各業的發展趨勢。而星巴克公司憑藉著其數位化創新轉型在疫情中突出重圍,成為此次疫情中的領先者。本研究利用Osterwalder提出的商業模式畫布對星巴克公司商業模式進行分析研究,得出其數位化創新商業模式成功之處在於星巴克的數位化基礎穩定,懂得洞察局勢對數位化進行重視,快速根據疫情下的變化來做數位轉型。基於此基礎給予此領域內之企業作為參考,依既有資源來創造新商業模式,為後續企業價值傳遞與數位轉型的依據。

英文摘要

Digitalization has become a development trend in various industries, and accelerating the integration of online and offline. Coffee is a popular drink in the world. Under the influence of the epidemic, however, coffee sales around the world have fallen, hitting producers hard. Starbucks with its digital innovation and digital transformation has stood out and become a leader in the global coffee industry. This study uses the business model canvas, which is a strategic management template used for developing new business models and documenting existing ones, to understand Starbucks' business model. The results indicated that Starbucks investing in transformation early and having stable digital foundation enabled its successful digital transformation. Starbucks creates new business models based on existing resources, which may serve as the basis for subsequent enterprise value transfer and digital transformation. Enterprise transformation processes of Starbucks may serve as a reference for coffee or related industries.
