中國傳統思想蘊含深厚的文化底蘊,古典儒家更是中國傳統思想之中不可或缺的要素。古典儒家既重視道德修養,也重視思辨訓練。儒家經典記載的內容與古代的思維方法如能適當融入大學教育之中,不僅可使學生提升文化素養,還可以使學生培養德性和訓練思辨能力。挖掘儒家經典中的故事與思想資源,在大學教育過程中妥善運用,是一種可以嘗試的教學方法。本文探討《論語》、《孟子》等經典中,孔子、孟子如何教育學生,並研擬如何運用於大學教育之中,以助於學生提升道德與思辨能力。

英文摘要

Traditional Chinese thought boasts a profound cultural heritage, with classical Confucianism being an indispensable element. Classical Confucianism emphasizes both moral cultivation and training in the speculative method. If the contents of the Confucian classics and the reasoning of the ancients could be properly integrated into university education, this will not only enable students to enhance their cultural literacy, but also to cultivate their virtues and train their speculative skills. Exploring the stories and ideological resources within the Confucian classics and effectively applying them in university education presents a promising pedagogical approach. This paper explored how Confucius and Mencius educated students in classics such as The Analects of Confucius and Mencius and examined how they can be applied to university education to help students improve their moral and speculative skills.
