新冠疫情在2020至2022年間重創台灣藝文產業，為了彌補藝文工作者因疫情而承受的損失，文化部推行了一系列的紓困措施，為了探究這些措施的成效，了解未來政府能如何改善作法，更有效地振興藝文產業，研究者以「藝FUN線上舞台計畫」及「藝FUN券」兩個紓困計畫為研究對象，初步分析其成效，並提出一些改善建議，資料蒐集上則以文件及訪談為主。

From 2020 to 2022, the Covid-19 pandemic had made a severe impact on the arts and cultural industries in Taiwan. To compensate for the loss of art workers, the Ministry of Culture launched a series of relief measures. In this research, to examine the effects of the measures, learning how the government can make improvement to boost the development of the arts and cultural industries in the long term, I choose the two relief measures as the research objects, "Arts Fun Online Stage Project" and "Arts Fun Voucher Program," and make an initial analysis on the measures. Based on the analysis, I propose some suggestions to improve the relief measure. As for the information used in the paper, it is mainly from documents and interviews.
