本研究旨在探究大專客家族群學生在運動性社團參與動機、運動友誼對學習成效之相關情形。研究受試對象以新生醫護管理專科學110學年度參與16種類運動性社團之客家族群學生為對象(男性24人、女性70人)。本研究參考過去文獻所建立或採用之量表加以修改,針對樣本進行敘述性統計分析,再採用偏最小平方法(partial least squares, PLS),PLS-SEM結合因素分析與接近迴歸分析的最小假設,經多元同時迴歸分析後發現:(一)參與動機各構面皆無法有效預測運動友誼各構面(t<1.96);(二)參與動機的「健康適能」可有效預測學習成效的「情意」(β值=.28、t值=2.27);及「技能」(β值=.28、t值=2.28)(三)運動友誼的「增進自尊與支持」可有效預測學習成效的「認知」(β值=.54、t值=4.31)及「技能」(β值=.39、t值=2.86);「陪伴與愉悅的運動」可有效預測學習成效的「情意」(β值=.46、t值=2.84)及「技能」(β值=.33、t值=2.14)。由上述研究結果可觀知,大專客家族群學生參與運動性社團的動機雖不會影響其後續與同儕之間的情誼發展,但對於學習上之情意與技能層面成效則有正向影響。另外,家族群學生在參與運動性社團中所培養出的情誼亦會對於學習上之認知與技能層面成效則有正向影響。根據上述結果推論若要參與大專運動性社團的客家族群學生有卓越的成效,遴選社團前的招募社員宣導及社團運作時之內部氛圍是校方應著重注意的方向。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between sports community meals and motivation, sports friendship and learning effectiveness of Hakka students in colleges and universities. The research subjects were Hakka students (24 males and 70 females) who participated in 16 kinds of sports clubs in the 110th academic year of the Freshman Medical Management College. After multiple simultaneous regression analysis, it was found that: (1) none of the dimensions of participation motivation could effectively predict the dimensions of sports friendship (t<1.96); " (β value = .28, t value = 2.27); and "skills" (β value = .28, t value = 2.28) (3) The "enhancement of self-esteem and support" of sports friendship can effectively predict the learning effect of "cognitive "(β value = .54, t value = 4.31) and "skill" (β value = .39, t value = 2.86); .46, t-value=2.84) and "skill" (beta-value=.33, t-value=2.14). From the above research results, it can be seen that although the motivation of Hakka students in junior colleges to participate in sports clubs does not affect the subsequent development of friendship with their peers, it has a positive impact on the emotional and skill-level effects in learning. In addition, the camaraderie cultivated by family group students in participating in sports clubs will also have a positive impact on the cognitive and skill levels of learning. According to the above results, it can be deduced that if Hakka students who want to participate in college sports clubs have excellent results, the school should pay attention to the promotion of recruiting members before the selection of clubs and the internal atmosphere of club operations.
