本文以電腦端LabVIEW人機操作介面,透過Wi-Fi傳輸介面傳送控制命令給Arduino UNO控制板,進行盆栽養殖展示系統控制,主要包含溫濕度控制、光照控制與盆栽展示三大子系統,希望能提供植物優質之生長環境。其中溫溼度制控子系統,主要讀取溫溼度感測器的數值,將數值透過Wi-Fi傳回LabVIEW人機操作介面,當土壤溼度過於乾燥(低於70%)時,抽水馬達動作,土壤溼度過於潮濕(高於80%)時,抽水馬達即停止動作;光照子系統主要由LabVIEW人機操作介面設定運作時間,控制LED燈條,並將光強度感測模組偵測到的數值透過Wi-Fi回傳至人機介面;盆栽展示子系統主要是LabVIEW人機介面,可透過RS232介面控制SmartMotor馬達轉動展示台的底座,得到最佳的觀賞角度並可拍照與遠端觀賞,同時可利用手機APP透過藍芽模組連線,可以查看各感測器的數值,最終達成環境控制自動化,符合植物養殖之需求。

This article uses the LabVIEW operating interface to send control commands to the Arduino UNO control board through the Wi-Fi transmission interface to control the potted plant showing system, which mainly includes three subsystems: temperature and humidity control, light control and potted plant showing. It can provide a high-quality growing environment for plants. Among them, the temperature and humidity control subsystem mainly reads the values of the temperature and humidity sensors and transmits the values back to the LabVIEW operation interface through Wi-Fi. When the soil moisture is too dry (less than 70%), the pumping motor operates , when the soil moisture is too humid (higher than 80%), the pumping motor will stop operating; the lighting subsystem mainly uses the LabVIEW operating interface to set the operating time, control the LED light bar, and detect the light intensity from light sensor. The value is transmitted back to the LabVIEW operation interface through Wi-Fi; the potted plant showing subsystem can control the SmartMotor motor to rotate the base of the display stand through the RS232 interface to obtain the best viewing angle. The LabVIEW operating interface can take pictures and save to file, At the same time, you can use the mobile phone APP to connect through the Bluetooth to check the values of each sensor, and ultimately achieve automated environmental control, meeting the needs of plant breeding.
