以等速肌力收縮的概念作為運動訓練之方法,在國內外越來越被廣泛應用,其後也陸續有許多學者建議作為傷後的肌力復健;而多數的運動項目都普遍依賴下肢肌肉的帶動與維持身體穩定。本研究之目的為藉由不同運動專項之優秀選手,探討其H/Q比值在高角速度與低角速度下的差異,並深入比較他們的等速向心肌力。參與選手為田徑隊短跑、長跑、舉重l尋不分級與跆拳道隊不分級選手各10位,共計40位:使用等速測力測試機BiodexSystem III 進行60、300度/秒2組高低轉速之測試,每一轉速的收縮次數為5次:結果使用SPSSfor windows 1000中文版統計系統進行分析,以單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)處理,事 後比較採取Scheff'e法。結果顯示角速度60度/秒向心收縮時,各組之H/Q比值無顯著之差異,但在300度/秒時舉重選手的比值顯著低於其他三組之數據。顯示國內一般訓練多較注重於下肢股四頭肌之肌力訓練,而忽略腿後肌之肌力訓練,造成肌力之不平衡而導致不必要之傷害發生:且H/Q比值在不同運動模式與訓練下所出現之結果亦會同、標準也不同,需更加深入去討論O而過去許多等速肌力測試多只針對向心肌力部分,建議未來研究可朝離心肌力測試之方向,並建立各專項之等速肌力數值,以作為選材與訓練,或傷後回到運動場上之依據。

英文摘要

The main purposes of this study were to investigate the concentric H/Q ratio of knee joint in different sports after the specific of different sports training. Forty athletes (10 weightlifters、10 Taekwondo 、10long distance runners 、10sprinters) were recruited as participants. Isokinetic strength was measured by Biodex System III dynamometer at two different speeds (600/s and 3000/s). One-way ANOVA and Scheff'e Post Hoc test were used to analyze the difference of each variable. The results showed that: (1) at 600/s concentric mode: the H/Q ratio, hamstring peak torque, relative to body weight, total work were no significant in different sports; (2) at 3000/s concentric mode: the weightlifters was significant lower than other items in H/Q ratio; the hamstring peak torque was no significant in different sports, and in the quadriceps peak torque, sprinters had the most high strength than the others, long distance runners had the most low strength than the others. The strength of hamstring was as important as quadriceps, and the training should pay more attention. By the way, to establish the more research about hamstring and quadriceps eccentric and concentric strength in different sport items in order to provide the information to the sports training team to prevent sports injury, and to obtain better exercise performance.
