中文摘要

本研究以屏東師專一年敵男生45人為對象,依單因子相依樣本設計(配對組設計,每組15人),探討在不同場地實施持續跑訓練對心肺功能與長跑紀錄上之影響。經過五週,每週6天、8次的訓練後,以相依樣本t值考驗,變異數分析來比較各組內訓練前後及各組間訓練前後之結論如下:

1在野外實施持續訓練對肺活量之增進顯著 ( P <0.05)的優於在跑道及野外混合(知道與不知道成讀)之兩組。
2三組在長跑及循環(心)機能(靜坐脈搏數)方面之差異皆不顯著。但各組內訓練後進步值,長跑皆極顯著(P < 0.01) ,循環機能極顫著(P < 0.05)與顯著( P <0.05)的進步。此即顯示本研究之三組對長跑及循環機能之進步都有顯著的效果。

英文摘要

The effects of taking persistence training at the different courses on the cardiac function,respiratory function and the records of longdistance running.

45 male students of Pingtong Normal College were matched into three equal groups by their records of 6000M race to compare the effects of mixed courses training group I(knowing the results), mixed courses training group II (not knowing the results) and pure course training group on the cardiac function, respiratory function and the records of longdistance running. The pure training cωrse group were trained at the cross-country all the time bUtthe mixed training courses groups were trained both at the track and crosscountry. The training periods were five weeks. The overall analysis by independent group t-test and one-way ANOVA of the parameters before and after training is stated below:

1.The pure training course group was better than the other two groups on the improvements of r宅piratory function significantly (p< .05)

2.There were no significant dillerences among the three groups one the cardiac function and the records of long distance running. Each group improved significantly after training on .thecardiac function
(p < .01 or P < .05) and the records of long distance running (p < .01)
