本研究目的在探討運動表現對高中女子籃球隊國隊提聚力之影響o受試者為參加入十三年度女子高中自強籃球聯賽之選手，結果顯示:成功表現對高中女子自強籃球隊國隊凝聚力造成負面之影響，而失敗表現則對國隊凝聚力並無任何影響，此結呆與相關理論及許多研究結泉並不相符，值得往後研究者繼續探討，而限於研究之範園，許多有關因素並未詳加探討，因此，本研究結呆之推論必須非常小心，且有其限制性。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of team performance on team cohesion by junior high school girls basketball team. Subjects were the participants of 1994 junior high schoQl girls Chi-Chiang basketball contest in Taiwan. The results show that the successful performance of junior high school girls basketball team has the negative influence on their team cohesion. Thestudy results are not concordant with the previous studies and relative theories. Due to the limited research area of this study， many related factors are not investigated yet. Therefore， to make any conclusion from this study must be very careful and this study has its limitations， too. More further research is needed to continuously explore this topic.
