中文摘要

本研究乃發展白光LED的溫度穩定度之控制系統。白光LED可應用於光通訊及醫療等,然而由於白光LED在長時間使用下會隨溫度的變化而影響其色澤與亮度,進而影響其應用。因此本研究使用控制晶片及5A/12V之致冷器,對3W之白光LED與RGB LED(白光)進行溫度穩定度控制系統之研發,以達到控制LED色澤與亮度之目的。首先利用溫度感測器來偵測LED溫度,當溫度上升導致LED顏色(波長)產生明顯變化時,隨即以MCU控制致冷器啟動,使LED溫度下降至一定程度並關閉致冷器,主要目的為控制LED發出光之波長,以致冷器控制其波長範圍。
因為溫度對顏色及波長變化為主要之研究課題,本研究對此進行了相關的實驗,進而獲取了溫度與時間的關係、溫度與色澤的關係、以及溫度與消耗功率的關係,並調查了致冷器有無對溫度的影響。經由上述之研究,現已成功的發展出一套白光LED溫度穩定度控制系統。

英文摘要

As white LEDs are used for a long time, the stability of brightness and color of the white LEDs will be affected by the increase in the temperature. In this study, a white LED temperature control system has been developed. A microcontroller (MCU), white LEDs, and RGB LEDs are used for the research. Furthermore, a cooling set is employed for the decreasing the temperatures of the LEDs. A temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature of the LEDs. When the temperature of the LEDs increase, the temperature sensor will detect the change in the temperature, meanwhile the MCU starts to control the cooling set, making the LED temperature decrease. By this method, the purpose of controlling the stability of brightness and color of the white LEDs is achieved.
In this research, the relationship between the temperature and the operation times of white LEDs, the effect of temperature on the color of white LED, as well as the relationship between the temperature and the consumed power are investigated.
