隨著數位時代的進步，B2C電子商業型態日趨成熟， 愈來愈多傳統產業藉由轉型為網路商店來增加商業營收，且線上購物的人口也逐年增加，店家自行向消費者收費模式已逐漸被淘汰，因此需一套快速且方便的付款機制，以加速網路購物之交易。但在眾多線上付款機制中，少有兼顧全、跨國付款且便利性的付款方式。因此本研究以一套泛用的接取流程將不同特性的付款閘道在資訊系統上先予以整合，並考量網站交易安全的需求，以不接觸使用者付款資料的為主，再提供網站所需要的各種付款服務。如此，可以節省電子商務網站到處尋求金流廠商的人力與費用，以及避免各家金流所採用的不同資訊系統所產生的困擾。

With the progress of the digital age, B2C E-Commerce model becomes mature. More and more traditional industries increase their revenue by transferring to online stores. With people shop online year by year, so the method of merchants charging customer face to face has not been used. What merchants need is a fast and convenient payment method to promote online trade. In lots of payment methods, there are a few payment methods taking security、transnational payment and convenience into account. Therefore, this study proposes a generic framework of integrating different payment gateways in system. We also consider the security requirement of online trade. The framework is based on passing customers’ payment data then provides merchants various payment methods. By this way, merchants can save cost of seeking billing service companies and avoid the questions of integrating different systems of billing service companies.
