中文摘要

採分層隨機抽樣方式進行調查,發出問卷785份回收763份,有效問卷741份,有效問卷回收率為94.39%;問卷回收之後,以描述性統計、t-考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元逐步分析等統計方法進行資料分析,再就研究結果分析加以綜合討論。本研究得到下列幾項結論:壹、 高雄縣國小教師工作壓力之現況,屬中下程度,以「學生行為」最為困擾。貳、 高雄縣國小教師組織承諾之現況,屬中上程度,以「努力承諾」最為突出。參、 高雄縣國民小學以專任導師及專任科任、學校規模在13-24班、鳳山區、任教意願較高等教師,其所感受的工作壓力較高。肆、 高雄縣國民小學以年長、資深、教師兼主任、較大規模、任教意願較低等教師,其所投入的組織承諾較高。伍、高雄縣國民小學教師任教意願愈高,其感受的工作壓力就愈高。陸、高雄縣國民小學教師任教意願愈低,其感受的組織承諾就愈高。柒、高雄縣國民小學教師工作壓力愈高,其感受的組織承諾就愈低。捌、 高雄縣國民小學教師的任教意願、工作壓力對組織承諾的預測力,以「人際關係」為最主要的影響因素。

英文摘要

statistical methods—descriptive statistics, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression—are used to analyze and discuss.The conclusion can be as follows:I. The primary school teachers have a middle-low degree sense of work stress, including a major reason: students’ behavior.II. The primary school teachers have a middle-high degree sense of organizational commitment, including a major variable: effort commitment.III. Teachers' position, teaching willingness, school scale and locationaresignificantly related to their sense of work stress.IV. Teachers' seniority, position, teaching willingness and school scale are significantly related to their organizational commitment.V. Teaching willingness is positively related to sense of work stress.VI. Teaching willingness is negatively related to organizational commitment.VII. Sense of work stress is negatively related to organizational commitment.VIII. Personal relationship is the main predictable variable to organizational commitment.
