在本篇論文GARMIN GPS Ⅱ接收器來接收GPS衛星傳送下來的星曆與導航資料，並透過Track GPS的外掛模組，使GPS接收器能夠與Arc View GIS系統相結合，能確實地在我們所製作的電子地圖顯示定位點。而在電子地圖方面，則利用Arc View GPS地理資訊系統來建立資料。這些資料包括道路屬性及各和和景點，並與照片相配合，建立於屬性表中。同時數化街道，以取得街道的長度和速度之參考資料，來做最佳路徑的演算。經過實際上路驗證後，發現原有系統的缺點，提出修正方案，因此，再次實際上路試驗後，這些問題得以解決，也使得電子地圖的功能更加完善。此外，本篇論文還加入了語音播放最佳路徑之功能、可選擇或時間最短路徑做為使用者導航參考。語音功能的加入，讓最佳路徑之表現方法，有更多元的選擇，大大的提高了電子地圖的實用性。

In this paper, we use GARMIN GPS Ⅱ receiver to receive the data of satellites. Moreover, we are also combined GPS and Arc View GIS by Track GPS's outside model. In deed, using this system we can indicate the location on the electronic map. On the electronic map aspect, we develop data by Are View geographical information system. Those data include the information of roads and the information of some other different scenes. Furthermore, we develop the data into the attribute by coping with photos and digitize street in order to get the length of the road for best routing. After real road testing, we found there were several weak points so we did some more researches and experiments to improve the electronic map and make it more perfect. Besides we interpolate best route earthy by appropriate volume. Interpolate volume earth, not only let best route have more different choice, but also enhance the electronic map improvement.
