中文摘要

地圖繪製或編修過程中,地表空間資訊之搜集與調查工作需投入大量人力、物力及時間。現今商用衛星影像之價格逐漸降低、解析度逐漸提高之際,高解析度衛星影像新的應用領域亦不斷增加,利用正確與即時之高解析度衛星影像分類結果,可作為製圖工作中基本圖資建置之重要來源與編修依據,亦可滿足地圖資訊即時更新需求,隨時提供正確之主題圖,更可進一步建檔成地理資訊系統(GIS)之主題圖層,供後續地理資訊系統分析應用。本研究以陽明山平等里附近之裸露地為主要研究對象,探討以高解析度衛星影像分類結果,輔助製作裸露地主題圖層之可行性。國內裸露地測繪及其相關研究,多半以實地調查或以航測方式進行。本研究採用IKONOS 4公尺彩色衛星影像進行影像分類,利用監督性分類方式擷取出衛星影像上可能之裸露地,並將影像分類結果轉換成地理資訊系統之主題圖層,製作裸露地主題圖層,可供後續界定及製作崩塌地與環境敏感地主題圖。本研究以高解析度衛星影像自動擷取裸露地,除探討運用此法在裸露地主題圖層製作之可行性外,並透過衛星影像檢核點進行,人工比對方式施行分類結果準確性之精度評估,並討論將此法應用於其他崩塌地與環境敏感地等主題之大比例尺主圖層製作。

英文摘要

In the process of mapping and map editing, the collection and in investigation of spatial information on the Earth's surface is labor intensive and time consuming work. As the price of commercial satellite images decreases and image spatial resolution increases. the application domain or high resolution satellite images is also increasing. Using accurate and near real-time results of image classification is important to update map information. to produce thematic maps, to establish thematic layer s for GIS and to support further GIS analysis. This article studies the possibility of bar e land thematic mapping by using the result of high resolution satellite image classification for Yangmingshan National Park and adjacent area. The bare land surveying and related studies in Taiwan are by either on-site surveying or aerial photogrammetric method. By using supervised image classification method on the four meter resolution IKONOS color satellite image in this study, the resulting image classification is used to conduct bare land thematic mapping, then converted to a GIS based bare land thematic layer for the following analysis and for large scale land slide and environmentally sensitive thematic mapping. This study subtracts bare-land from high resolution satellite images, discusses the possibility of bare-land thematic mapping, performs the accuracy assessment evaluation of image classification by using checking points and discusses the applications for large sc ale landslide and environmentally sensitive thematic mapping.
