隨著資通訊技術的快速發展與日漸普及，以網路服務為基礎的智慧生活是發展的長遠目標，也引此產生許多科技化服務要作為未來智慧生活應用和服務的基礎，這些科技化服務結合網路內容服務與資通訊軟硬體，要提供跨領域、多元化以及無所不在的創新應用服務。然而異質背景的應用服務，往往導致服務整合上的複雜度與困難度，影響到網路服務提升的目標。若是能透過一個整合性網路服務遞送平台，藉由其標準化網路服務整合介面以及網路服務整合之資通訊技術，將可以有效整合各種網路服務資源，進而產生更多創新服務與應用。本研究首先針對The Open Group所制定的TOGAF SOA Reference Architecture背景介紹，接著以服務導向架構(SOA)及相關網路通訊協定為基礎，參考TOGAF進行服務遞送平台的架構設計，設計包含Service Interface Layer、Utility Service Layer、Service Execution & Composition Layer、Service Management Layer、Service Exposure Layer、Service Creation Layer、OSS & BSS Layer等七大層次，並且根據這七大層次的設計，說明新世代網路服務整合平台的實作方式。此外，本研究在新世代網路服務遞送平台之上，開發一自主健康管理應用服務，透過平台服務整合技術進行自主健康管理，在居家端的終端設備上提供包含遠距生理資訊傳輸、衛教影片選播、網路電話健康諮詢等整合其他科專成果的應用服務。期望透過本研究所設計開發的平台以及應用實作，能提供使用者、應用服務開發與服務提供者一個支援資訊與通訊跨領域服務整合的環境。

The vision of smart living promises innovative services from providers in several sectors. More and more services and technologies are developed and applied for smart living. However, the complication of service integration makes fulfillment of such a vision of smart living difficult, it involves various technological and organizational challenges to be overcome. A service platform with standard interfaces and integration
technologies should be established to be easily accessible for service providers regardless of their industries to enable more adaptive, intelligent and innovative services. At first, the paper gives an overview of TOGAF SOA Reference Architecture defined by the Open Group. Next, design and implementation of Next Generation Service Delivery Platform (NGSDP) including Service Interface Layer、Utility Service Layer、Service Execution & Composition Layer、Service Management Layer、Service Exposure Layer、Service Creation Layer, and OSS & BSS Layer based on the overview of TOGAF are proposed. Finally, we attempt to develop a self-management system in healthcare to demonstrate the effects of MOEA services integration via NGSDP.
