整個泌尿道包括腎盞、腎盂、輸尿管、膀胱及尿道都可能長出良性息肉，但其發生的病例機轉仍舊不明，故其命名還未統一。在文獻上使用過的名稱包括纖維瘤、纖維表皮細胞瘤、纖維息肉、纖維表皮性息肉及缺陷瘤性息肉等。在泌尿道內最常見出現的地方是輸尿管，而很少發生在腎盂或腎盞內。本文報告一例52歲女性因間歇性左腰酸痛而求診，經靜脈腎盂攝影、逆行性腎盂攝影及電腦斷層攝影診斷為左腎腎盞內腫瘤，而施行左腎輸尿管合併膀胱袖口切除術，結果病理診斷為下腎盞的缺陷瘤性息肉。此種稀少的良性腫瘤在文獻只被報告過15例，在此提供另一病例並回顧文獻而作一整理報告。

A 52-year-old female presented with chief problem of intermittent left flank pain for three months. Intravenous urography, retrograde pyelography and computed tomography all showed a filling defect in the lower calx of left kidney. Left nephroureterectomy with resection of bladder cuff was done and pathology revealed a hamartomatous polyp with renal stone in the lower calyx. This unusual benign lesion in renal pelvis or calyx had fifteen cases reported in the literatures. Herein, we reported another one.
