陰莖的原發性惡性淋巴瘤是十分罕見的，目前世界上文獻報告只有八個病例。雖然放射線、化學藥物及手術在治療方面均扮有不同的角色。本篇文章將探討它們的應用性及治療的心得，以提供日後類似病例的參考。

A 37-year-old male was admitted to our section with the chief complaint of ul-cerative lesion over penile shaft for six months. By pathologic finding, the malignant lymphoma, mixed small and cell type, T-cell origin was confirmed. After six courses of chemotherapy with CHOP treatment lesion persisted. Finally,this patient received total amputation of penis. Only 8 cases of primary lymphoma of the penis have been described previously. Herein we report our case and review the literatures.
