護理人員的護理能力影響護理品質甚鉅,近年來許多文獻顯示護理教學長期普遍存在護理與實務的差距,護理學校培育出來的畢業生至臨床工作時,護理能力與業界期待的常有一些落差。本研究在探討護專學生於產、兒科的護理能力內涵,採用訪談調查法訪談產、兒科單位之臨床護理人員及其單位之護理長,以瞭解專科生應具備的產、兒科護理能力。研究者將訪談對象訪談時所表達出來的自發性語言及非語言行為,寫成行為過程記錄,再以內容分析法,將行為過程中有關研究對象的語言行為,加以分析、歸納進行資料處理。研究資料分析結果臨床產兒護理專業人員對於護專學生所應具備產兒護理能力包含:一、臨床照護技能二、一般基礎醫學能力;三、辨識異常及應變處理能力;四、尊重生命與關懷能力;五、觀察與溝通能力;六、臨床教學能力;七、自我成長能力;八、敬業樂群能力。本研究提供之具體研究結果將作為未來產、兒科課程規劃之依據。

英文摘要

Nursing workers’ ability as well as the nursing standard has a tremendous influence on the nursing quality. During the past few years, a lot of documents have indicated the truth that the gap between the nursing education and practice is existed. The expectations on the nursing
graduates are often disappointing when they work. The research is aimed at exploring the ability of the nursing students on obstetrics and pediatrics as well as the direction of the program development.
Interviewing with the clinical staff is applied to understand what nursing ability college students should have on obstetrics and pediatrics. The researchers write down the process of the interviewees’ languages and non-linguistic behaviors. Then, we analyze and generalize the languages and behaviors of the interviewees with the method of content analysis. According to the information obtained, the consequences are as follows: (1) General nursing skills (2) General medical ability (3) Discovery of questions and abilities for improvement (4) The ability of respecting life and caring (5) The ability of observing and communicating (6) Clinical teaching ability (7) The ability to cooperate with the team. The research provides concrete consequences in accordance with course planning of the obstetrics and pediatrics in the future.
