中文摘要

從2012年初的消費性電子展或北美的底特律車展,可見許多汽車大廠的最新研發成果,智慧 車輛已是大勢所趨。其中,搭載Android的車載機(On Board Unit, OBU)和搭配系統的應用程式,將 車內的車載資訊透過Bluetooth或3G等通訊模組連接雲端資料中心,落實智慧化監控與車載資訊診斷效益。用以傳輸車載資訊通常採用簡單網路管理協議(Simple Network Management Protocol, SNMP ), SNMP採用可靠性較低的UDP協議,雖然UDP並不能擔保資料包傳到目的地,對網路管理來說,少 量的資料封包漏失問題不大。但車載資訊從行駛車輛中的車載機收集資料,3G網路不穩定的環境 中,資料缺漏率相較於有線網路中的SNMP傳輸高出許多。
為克服3G不穩定的傳輸特性及確保數據的準確性,本論文提出一個可達到SNMP資料無縫傳 輸的方法,同時本方法可降低傳輸負荷以利於封包在3G有限頻寬環境中傳輸。

英文摘要

The car makers’ latest R & D results demonstrated in the early 2012's Consumer Electronics Trade Show or North American International Auto Show reveals that Intelligent Mobility Technology has become a trend.Particularly, to benefit from intelligent monitoring and diagnostic vehicle information, the OBU (On Board Unit) is equipped with Android OS and Apps, connecting to the cloud data center via Bluetooth or 3G communication module.To transmit vehicle information, Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is a common solution and running over less-reliable UDP protocol. Although UDP cannot guarantee the delivery of data, it is not a big issue for network device management because of the low packet lost rate in wired network. However, the packet lost rate would be higher in Telematics, which collects data from OBUs in mobile vehicles over unstable 3G network.To overcome the unstable transmission feature of 3G network and to ensure the accuracy of vehicle data, this paper proposed a method to achieve the seamless SNMP data transmission. In addition, the method can lower the transmission loading for 3G limited bandwidth environment.
