臺北市政府運用我國福衛二號衛星影像，辦理全市1萬5千公頃山坡地的監測工作，經完成變異點過濾與優先性排定後，將高優先性之變異點交由水土保持查報人員現勘查證，以確認變異點發生原因，並針對本監測作業之工作方法，嘗試建立合理可行之標準作業程序，據以建構多元尺度監控機制，輔佐山坡地管理工作。

This paper is aim to develop a method of using Formosat-2 satellite images, to detect the vegetation change in the 15 thousand hectares mountain area of Taipei City. By using this method, Taipei City Geotechnical can sort the ground survey priority with the result of vegetation change detection, provide reference image data to patrols and set up a feasibility SOP, who have set up a Multi-scale Monitoring Mechanism and still improving the efficiency.
