在台灣許多的結構物不論是橋梁工程或是建築工程中大部分使用的材料是鋼筋混凝土，而混凝土有可能因為氯離子含量過高或是在進行建造過程中有缺失而導致內部埋入鋼筋接觸到空氣中的水而使其腐蝕。本研究是採用實地探測方式進行檢測鋼筋腐蝕分析的研究，並以CANIN鋼筋腐蝕分析儀建築物在鋼筋腐蝕的程度各層樓不同位置來進行鋼筋腐蝕的分析，並以腐蝕電位分析評估表來標示。
