中文摘要

透視攝影及介入性放射診療於臨床上的應用日益增加,透視攝影及介入性放射診療與其他放射診療程序相比,其可能造成之輻射劑量較高,進而對病人產生明顯之輻射生物效應,又因工作人員於檢查過程中可能在檢查室内,因此亦應特別重視工作人員的輻射防護。本報告的目的為提供相關工作人員完整之透視攝影及介入性放射診療輻射安全概念,經彙整相關文獻與國際原子能總署輻射安全訓練教材後撰寫而成,内容分為四大主題:透視攝影設備簡介、輻射劑量及輻射防護、輻射生物效應、與十項透視攝影及介入放射診療輻射安全操作原則,及五項特殊注意事項,期能提供相關醫療從業人員做為透視攝影及介入性放射診療輻射安全操作之參考依據。

英文摘要

Fluoroscopy and interventional radiographic procedures are performed in growing numbers. However, the radiation dose in the procedures may be high enough to potentially induce the biological effects for both the patients and the interventional radiologists. To provide a guideline of radiation safety in fluoroscopy and interventional radiological procedures, this report was integrated according to some related important references, reports and training materials of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and was categorized into four major parts: fluoroscopic equipments, radiation protection, radiation biological effects and radiation safety in interventional radiology. In the last part, we summarize ten radiation safety strategies and five special notices in fluoroscopy and interventional radiology. The radiation safety strategies may serve as the reference for the staff involving in the fluoroscopic and interventional procedures.
