在面對多變詭譎競爭的市場,如何快速掌握個人經營的優勢與劣勢,適時做出得當的判斷,調整經營策略,以有效獲取最高的利潤,相信這是每位企業經營者最關切的問題,這就是國內外經營學者經常所提及的:「經營者要在市場贏得頭籌,必頇透過預測為個人經營找尋定位,如此才能提出最有效的管理策略」。本研究有鑑於此,根據過往有關商店績效之相關研究為基礎,進而以四象限、六象限、九象限座標交叉為邏輯,建構出「銷售統計指數技法」系統分析法。分析者只要透過電腦資訊所呈現出來的座標圖,找到座標圖中的關係位置,便立即可以清楚看出問題之所在,讓業者快速而且客觀的掌握狀況,並且進一步採取必要的因應對策。本研究特別針對國內一家知名度的紡織成衣公司(以A公司作為簡稱)為例,進行實際的分析與檢測。透過本分析系統的模擬,業者確實可有效並快速預測出經營的狀況。

英文摘要

It is well received that when facing a changeable and competitive market, an entrepreneur is mainly concerned about how to swiftly get control of his personal advantages and disadvantages and how to make appropriate judgment, readjust management strategy according to the situation at the right moment in order to effectively gain the highest profit. It is necessary for store’s headquarters to build an administration management system that can be followed by managers and owners to evaluate the store performance. In response to the above-mentioned theory, the researcher, a long-time industry consultant with many years practical experience in guiding stores, specially develops a set of so-called " sales & statistics index analysis system " to serve the stores, to meet the needs of the store owners. In order to get the real diagnosis benefits, this research uses a well-known domestic ready-made textile clothing company as an example (abbreviated to “A Corporation”). After a series of practical analysis and examination, this research not only achieves fruitful results, but also conforms to the promotion of goal and spirit of the clothing industry.
