中文摘要

體驗學習比講授式教學要更生動且印象深刻,而將體驗學習應用在台灣的醫病溝通訓練之有效性 尚待探討。本研究的目的是從醫病溝通的體驗學習工作坊之經驗資料中,探討體驗學習活動的成效及相 關現象。本研究蒐集台灣北部某醫院四場溝通訓練工作坊成員的問卷資料、帶領者的札記、觀察員的記 錄,進行量性與質性的分析。結果發現體驗學習的方式可增進醫病溝通的知識、技巧及情意,且成員特 性及活動特性可能會影響訓練成效。建議未來在使用體驗學習於溝通訓練時,可依據成員的特性及活動 特性而有不同的規劃與設計,藉以提升訓練成效。

英文摘要

Experiential learning is more vivid and impressive than didactic teaching. The effect of implementing experiential learning in communication skills learning in Taiwan has not been fully researched. This study aimed to explore the effect and related phenomena of experiential learning from the data of physician-patient communication training workshops. We collected learners’ feedback questionnaires, workshop leader’s notes, and observer’ notes of four workshops in one hospital in Northern Taiwan. The data was subjected to quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results indicated that experiential learning enhanced knowledge, skill and affection of communication, and the characteristic of learners and activities may influence the effect of the training. We suggest that the design of experiential learning activities should be modified according to the learners’ characteristic to improve the effect of training.
