This study is to check the impact on Korean learners' listening skills which is utilizing Note-taking strategies. In addition, after utilizing the note-taking strategies, the educational effect on learners’ Korean listening evaluation should be clarified Study on note-taking strategies which using in Korean education is relatively low compare to English education or other foreign language education in the current situation. Recently, in the way of foreign language teaching, it is moving from teacher-centered to the form of learner-centered. The study of how to utilize effective note-taking strategies to foreign language listening is proceeds steadily. However, research on the significance and relevance of the detailed note-taking method has not carried out properly.For these reasons, in this study, I try to prove the effectiveness when utilizing note-taking strategies as a way to improve Korean listening ability. And, then reveal the educational implications.
