佛陀從四諦法的道諦中，開示出三十七種修習基本聖道的法門，稱為「三十七道品」，本文對「三十七道品」中的「八正道」與「四聖諦」，作了一番探討。並且從《解脫道論》「四諦擇法」的理念，說明了佛教修持的理論與方法，希冀從《解脫道論》解脫思想的義諦中，去體悟佛陀「滅苦之道」的究竟法義！
英文摘要
This article discusses the “Noble Eightfold Path” and “Four Noble Truths” in the “Thirty-seven Paths” of primitive Buddhism. And from the concept of “the four truths” in “The Way of Liberation”, he explained the theory and method of primitive Buddhist practice, hoping to realize the Buddha's “The Way to End Suffering” from the meaning of the liberation thought of “The Way of Liberation”.
