護理工作是醫療體系中具高度壓力的工作之一，對長期照顧癌症病患的護理人員而言更是如此。本文經由文獻查證的結果，將癌症護理人員所面臨的工作壓力源、身心壓力症狀、因應調適方式，以及透過在職教育、找出工作的意義、成立情緒支持團體等抒緩壓力的措施來加以說明與討論；以促進癌症護理人員對己身工作壓力之瞭解，並增進解決問題的技巧，提高個人的抗壓性與因應方式，才能在敬業樂業中確保癌症照護的品質與安全。

　　　　　The article reviews the stress that oncology nurses derive from their work and discusses the coping strategies that nurses develop. The positive strategies include finding meaning in the job, continuing education, and developing staff support groups. Through a process of giving and receiving, oncology nurses were able to find fulfillment in taking care of patients with cancer.
